We sell wholesale to the trade only. When placing an order, a copy of your tax ID#/ Business Resale Number, and your business address and contact information, will be required.

MAP Policy

All Authorized Resellers must agree to the terms and conditions of our DDKC_MAP Policy_2021. This MAP Policy applies to all DHARMA DOG KARMA CAT brand Retailers, Wholesalers, Showrooms, Distributors, Authorized Online Retailers, and is effective January 1, 2021, and replaces and supersedes any prior MAP policies for DHARMA DOG KARMA CAT brand products. Resale or crosslisting of DHARMA DOG KARMA CAT products on amazon.com, ebay.com, or any other online channel are not allowed. 

Terms

We accept Visa, MasterCard and Discover. For first time orders, payment is required by credit card or prepayment by check, cash or wire transfer to our account. Returned checks are subject to a $25 fee. Following this, we will accept requests for Net 30 day accounts, such requests to include at least 3 credit references, bank information and the name and contact information of the person responsible for processing payments. Shipping

Orders are shipped F.O.B. (Rhinebeck, NY), usually by UPS. Please advise us if you have a different preference. All freight, handling and COD charges are billed to the customer.  Unless otherwise indicated or agreed, orders are shipped within 1-2 weeks. Out of stock items will be put on backorder, unless the customer requests otherwise. We are not responsible for any shipping delays caused by the carrier. We are not responsible for shortages when shipments are sent to a third party other than the Customer.

Special Orders

All pricing and timing on special orders will be separately negotiated and terms agreed to by both parties. Special orders cannot be cancelled or returned.

Claims and Returns

Customer is responsible for inspecting the merchandise upon receipt. Claims for shortages and/or defective merchandise must be made within 7 days of receipt. Returns are accepted with prior approval only, and must be made within 7 days of receipt of the shipment. On flawed items, we will pay return freight charges and replace the items or credit your account. We will not accept any store-worn or store-damaged items. Please keep damaged packaging for 48 hours to help us process insurance claims on shipping damage.

Product Photography

Distinctly Himalayan Imports retains the copyright on all photography found on our website and our printed materials. Use of these images is expressly forbidden without permission. Contact us for use of these photographs.

Due to the handmade nature of our items, please allow for some variation in color and texture from the images shown. Distinctly Himalayan Imports cannot guarantee variances in size, construction and color of items. Prices are subject to change without notice. All merchandise will be shipped at the prices in effect at the time of shipping. Distinctly Himalayan reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to change or discontinue items. All orders are subject to availability. Customers will be held accountable for all costs associated with collection of past due funds, including attorneys fees.
